wedding red-tape

I never expected that acquiring marriage license to be sooo meticulous. With all the paperwork and formalities, one would vow NOT to marry again! hehe..Partly our fault since we were too lax when time was at our advantage; not taking into much contemplation the possible long duration for the processing of documents (alone). case in point: NSO certificates...pfft..

currently doing (and rushing) the best we can to complete the necessary government requirements (before dedicating on anything else minor), and of course, before we leave Cebu for differing routes!
