[Rewind] On my first visit, a week ago, the doctor informed me that I was at my early stage of my pregnancy; thus, the transvaginal ultrasound did not detect anything inside my uterus.
I am not particular with its gender. What I want is for me and baby to be healthy all the way. Thus, I have decided to return breakfast back in my diet (and schedule).
[Rewind 3x] Skipping breakfast has been a practice of mine -- not for weight loss reason. I am fully aware that it is not good for the body, pregnant or not.
So, note to self: For the love of life, I'm going back to eating breakfast because I'm feeding for two now.
