Ooohh..a new building (still under-construction) has this familiar red letters! I smell fashion, hehe. We all know H & M is quite popular for their uber-great looking clothes at reasonable prices. The fun part is that a few blocks away from it are Zara and Topshop, lol! Of course, those are its competitors.
